Easterseals New Hampshire

For over 80 years, Easterseals NH has provided exceptional services to empower people with disabilities or special needs and their families to live, learn, work, and play in their communities through our 11 core programs.  Easterseals NH services include autism services, camping and recreation, early supports & services, transportation services, community-based services, child development services, senior services, military & veteran services, information & referral services, substance use treatment services and workforce development.  In addition, Easterseals NH includes Vermont and is recognized as one of the most progressive and diverse Easterseals nationally.

• Easterseals Military & Veterans Services, in partnership with Veterans Count, developed a one-of-a-kind Care Coordination program that provides free and confidential support designed to meet the unique needs of service members, veterans and their families.  This program works in conjunction with existing military, VA and community programs, and is an important part of the full range of service member/family support services.
