Cottage Hospital, established in 1903, is a non-profit Critical Access Hospital located in Woodsville, New Hampshire.  Our 35-bed facility offers an inpatient unit, a short stay geriatric mental health unit, surgical services, specialty care, several outpatient clinics, and a 24-hour level IV trauma center.  Our primary service area is comprised of 13 towns between New Hampshire and Vermont, with a total population of approximately 21,000 people.  True to our Mission Statement, Cottage Hospital is dedicated to strengthening the health of our community by providing accessible, compassionate, quality care.

We are contracted by QTC Medical Services, Inc., a Leidos Company utilitzed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide medical care for veterans.

Cottage Hospital is veteran friendly employer and celebrates our veteran employees throughout the year.  We support the ESGR and look to recruit veterans to be a part of our hospital and utilize the "Ask the Question" program to support our Service member and Veteran employees.  We continually strive to make this a place where veteran employees want to work.  The American Flag is proudly displayed in our front courtyard.
